The process is very straight forward. If you would like to know more about any of the projects which you have seen on the website, then you have to fill out the Form called “Register Now” on that project’s respective page. On the successful submission of the form, you will receive an automated confirmation email within few seconds to two minutes. Please note that if you do not receive an email within five minutes then you may have entered your email incorrectly. In this case, you may need to fill out the form once again with your correct information so that we can contact you accordingly. Please ensure that your information is correct before submitting the form for prompt service.
We will contact you as soon as possible. We will send you the floor plans, brochure, price list, worksheet and any other info regarding that project via email. This service is completely free and you may request the info for as many projects as you like. You are not obligated to purchase a condo unit if you don’t like any. In addition, if you are interested in a condo project not listed on our website then you can fill out the Form called “Request a call back” on the home page. After discussing your property needs, we will contact the developer of the desired project and send you the related information as quickly as possible.
If you are ready to purchase a Unit, then you fill out the worksheet (you have received in information package) in order to reserve your unit. It is always a good idea to fill out two additional choices on the worksheet as the backup option. Upon receiving the worksheet, we will forward it to the Developer. Once your unit selection is confirmed and reserved, we will contact you to schedule your appointment with the developer to sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Due to the pandemic, most of the developers offer virtual appointments to sign the Agreement digitally.
Your photo ID and postdated cheques for deposit will also be required at the time of signing the Agreement. You will receive the signed copy of the Agreement in your email. You will have 10 days which is also known as “10 days cooling off period” to have the agreement reviewed by your lawyer and to get your Mortgage pre-approval letter. If you change your mind during these 10 days for whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the contract with no questions asked. The developer will return your deposit cheques without any penalties. Otherwise, after the 10 days are passed, the contract is firm and binding.
